Erasmo was INCREDIBLY patient with me, made a true effort to understand what I had in mind, and gave me all the time I needed to walk away, feeling really satisfied. He helped me pick out bathroom floor tile, shower, floor tile, shower, wall tile, matching grout, and shower curb. He also very kindly helped me think about paint colors to tie it all together. He also gave me his cell phone number and kept in touch until I had the order in hand. I would definitely go back to The Tile Shop if I had a need in the future.
