Love Skin Laundry - Arsenal Yards. The staff is the best! They are professional, knowledgeable, and so nice! I have been going to Skin Laundry for about 9 years and have enjoyed seeing the evolution of the treatments and offerings. It’s quick and with consistency, the results are great.

First time client. Kaylee did a consultation with me and was very informative as she walked me through the process and was transparent about the treatments and when results will start kicking in. The ambiance was zen and relaxing. Jenny was efficient and thorough during treatment. Thank you!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive at skin laundry. The quality of care and attention provided by your team, always leaves a positive impression. However, during my recent visit on 4/11/24 I encountered a minor issue at checkout that I wish to bring to your attention. I customarily leave a cash tip for the service provider, which I did on this occasion as well. At checkout, after purchasing a product, I was asked if I wanted to include a tip on my card, to which I responded that I had already provided a cash tip. Unfortunately, upon reviewing my receipt at home, I noticed an additional $10 charge labeled as a tip.... read full review
