i had fragile and priceless prayer shawls that needed to be cleaned. Most dry cleaners refused to even attempt it. Dependable not only accepted the projects, but didn't ask for special release forms to absolve it of any damage. And the shawls came out beautifully. The special service isn't inexpensive, but cost wasn't relevant for family heirlooms.
Customer service is alway excellent! I moved out of the delivery area, but I’m still committed to driving to drop off and pickup my clothes because I trust Dependable to do a phenomenal job.
