I figured after a year of time of research it would be a good time to review all my options and to make sure that all items of design and contract are in good condition, and quality will be met. At first I was hesitant to commit over 1M of work with anyone, but after interviewing multiple contractors I chose this company because of their attention to detail, presentation of services and solid professional team. I thought it was a bit over the top that they had so much management, but later, it all made sense. I enjoyed the process at this firm, weekly meetings were very helpful. From the start to finish the guys were transparent with costs and expectation of timelines. Good team to work with. I work as an emergency MD and I was practically never home, while the construction process was going on. When coming home, the construction area was free of trash and debris, which made me very satisfied coming home at night! I liked working with Josh and Keith as they were very knowledgeable and attentive towards quality and would explain why I should go with one choice of approach or another and why. This was very helpful since I am not as experienced in building as others. This is our first time building. Overall, I was very comfortable with the management and completed product.
