Dr. Riedel was excellent to work with over several visits. I needed a root canal, crowns, and deep scale cleaning. He explained everything in an easy to understand and friendly manner, always making it clear that the choice was mine whether to have the work done, and there was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch. I have had bad experiences at other dentists plenty of times before, so I really appreciated everyone in this office, especially Trinity at the front desk who worked with me on pricing to meet my needs. Thank you to the whole office!

The staff is SO friendly and personable, and you can tell they really care about making a usually sucky experience way less awful. The hygienist Julie was super kind and accommodating when I mentioned that I needed to leave at a certain time, the front desk staff (I believe I talked to Trinity?) was SO good about walking me through the pricing and making sure things were doable, and Dr. Riedel was awesome about talking me through everything he was doing and making sure I felt NO pain while he was treating my cavity. My experience here at Arsenal Modern Dentistry was amazing. The space was super clean, the staff were very nice and the overall environment was welcoming. I wanna give a shout out to the Dental Hygienist, Jessica Cardoso who cleaned my teeth. She was beyond professional and helpful with any questions I had during the appt. After she was done, I met with 2 of the nicest doctors who examined my teeth again and gave me great advice to follow for the future. So thank you to Dr.Riedel and Dr. Pearson for your gratitude and patience. You guys have a great establishment!! Will recommend to others and will be definitely returning back for my 6 month cleaning !!
