I recently moved back to the area, and this is on my way to work.Almost triple the cost for wash, dry, and fold, 2 days to get it, if I wanted to or had the time to unfold and then turn my clothes right side in and refold, I wouldn't have brought my laundry there.My socks weren't even grouped together, never mind folded. Most were still inside out.There are some other issues as well, these are the main reasons I won't go back.

These folks have always been amazing. I no longer live in the area, but for 7 years now we have been on a quest for even a passable dry cleaner by their standards and have yet to find one. Thank you American Cleaners! Glad to see that you’re going strong!

I never write business reviews, but after today's interaction with the store's owner, I had to share it. If I could give negative 10 stars for the lack of professionalism, I would. In mid-November I brought in a white winter jacket to the American Cleaners to dry-clean and to replace the zipper. The zipper was a special kind, so they said it will be expensive and may take time. I agreed, paid the price, and after a week and a half came to pick it up. At home I noticed that the new zipper was 2-3 inches shorter than the jacket, so I brought the jacket back in to fix.
