I was delighted when the staff went the extra mile and took into consideration my dog's experience being at the vet. He was so anxious, nervous and shaking. Fred introduced himself to my dog slowly, so he could get used to him and in no time, my dog calmed down and stopped shaking as Fred held him in his arms.
Dr.Lynch was amazing! She has a calm, warm disposition which are qualities that I had been looking for in a vet. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Lynch and her staff.
All around awesome visit for Kimber. I was very pleased with Sharon and her staff. Sharon has been Kimbers vet since she was a pup. Kimber is now 4 1/2 years old. Sharon and her staff are very good at making your pets experience as comfortable as possible.
We have been bringing our pups to Hilltown Vet for several years now and always leave having a positive experience. We do have to travel an hour to the vet, but do not mind doing so to have a Vet we love and trust. Sharon and Fred are wonderful and truly care about all the animals they see.I have always found it easy to get an apt when needed or have medical questions answered. The office always follows up to check on my fur-babies. Two years ago I lost my best furend, Sharon and Fred showed so much compassion during this time. It showed us that we are more than clients. They truly care.
