Mike has been in town for about 40 years. He cut my hair when I was a kid and adult and took my son and he loved him. Real funny happy guy and his prices are the cheapest you will find anywhere. Plus you will love his antique cash register. Clean inside also.

Mike is a one of a kind guy! He totally made our trip to Onset special. Our 2 boys 13 and 7 years old had the best cuts of their lives. What a fun experience! Great guy with great stories to tell. Extremely professional and precise.Services: Kids' cuts

I've been getting my haircut here since I moved to Onset several years ago (prior to that, I was going to a certain haircut chain to get it done, but I won't say which one). Mike is warm, friendly, and always does an awesome job. Haircuts might cost a little more (my last one cost $13), but it's worth it for the quality of the job. I will say one thing though. This guy sure likes to talk. Last time I was in the shop,I waited about an hour for him to finish cutting the hair of the man who came in before me. Be sure you have lots of time to spare/waste before you come here. At least I could watch tv, play Pokemon Go on my phone, and drink as much ice cold water as I wanted...read full review
