Abby was Amazing, she helped me with my Color for a Lancôme Foundation. But a was a little disappointed when I mentioned online it was 20.00 lower . But I have to say, I do get Excellent service in this store. Everyone is exceptionally helpful. I have visited other Ulta stores, in Mass. And R. I. And I never get this kind of Customer Service. Only Ulta I will shop at. And I do frequent this store often.

I first went to Taylor after a color gone horribly wrong with another stylist (not an Ulta stylist), shortly before my son’s wedding. She did an amazing job with the correction, and the result was exactly what I hoped for. My hair looked beautiful for the wedding. She's talented, friendly, and a great stylist to trust with your hair, especially when it matters most. I'd absolutely recommend her to others.
