My 10 month old granddaughter got her ears pierced and less than two weeks one of her ear ring fell out, but they said they had a new less sensitive ear piercing gun ! ☹️ .. very disappointed customer!!!! Update.. I spoke to the Manager and she was very understanding and re-pierced her ears for free so I am very pleased!! Thank You Ulta Beauty

I've been seeing Taylor for two years now, she's the best! She carefully listens to what I want done to my hair and she never disappoints. My daughter loves her hair done by Taylor too!

Went today with my wife who needed to replace her makeup. The staff was very helpful and patient as she picked which makeup she wanted. They didn't pressure her to buy anything.
