“Tripp was an absolute delight to work with. We had been searching for two years for a reliable fence company to enclose our backyard. Eight different companies had given us estimates, but we were unsure of what we wanted. We knew we wanted a 6-foot-high fence that provided privacy and would last.
I found an advertisement for Tripp on Facebook and received a response within five minutes. We scheduled a free estimate that week, and Tripp arrived early and professionally. He listened to our needs and explained the options he could offer. We agreed on a few quotes for different ideas.
We received our quotes promptly, and the turn-around time for installation was three weeks, which was perfect for us. Many other companies had estimated six or more weeks. Tripp came out again to ensure we were ready before the fence was installed.
On the morning of the installation, at 8 am, the team arrived and began setting up. They were all very kind and worked efficiently and effectively. It took two days for them to complete the fence, working from early morning to late at night on a Friday and Saturday.
These guys are no joke; they work hard. At the end of the project, they cleaned up everything in sight, leaving no trash from materials or their lunch. They even wiped down and cleaned part of the fence that had gotten a little dirty. They showed me how the doors and locks worked and ensured they were functioning properly.
My youngest child was so interested in watching the installation that he was captivated by the workers. They were incredibly kind to him.
Tripp came out for a final inspection to ensure everything was to our liking. From beginning to end, our experience with Tripp has been over 10 stars. The quality of the fence is top-notch, and the quality of the service is incredible.
I highly recommend Tripp to anyone who needs an affordable yet high-quality fence. We are so grateful for their help in creating a beautiful fenced-in backyard that gives us peace of mind.”
