Extremely professional. I have dealt with a lot of bad roofers and this company is at the top of the game. Responsive in terms of a quote, was able to do within a week, constant updates as we were not there , pictures to show how it looked. Very pleased with the entire roof experience! Skip answered the phone and took time to chat about our issues. He was at a roofing convention and said he would be back next week and would stop by and have a look at our small rubber roof that needed replacing. He texted me the next week after he had a look at the roof. Then emailed me an estimate and a contract. We moved forward pretty quickly- Skip called and said his team would be in town and could be at our house first thing. Nice crew showed up and done!
