Touching Hearts at Home staff have been an incredible source of support for my mother and family since she returned home from a rehab facility following a mild stroke. Justin took the time to meet with my mother at the rehab facility to determine a good match for home care. Carol, her caregiver, is kind, caring, and helpful to Mom especially with keeping up with her PT exercises, doing laundry, preparing her breakfast, keeping her company, and monitoring her health and safety . Kerry, the Client Care Manager, takes the time to visit with my mother and communicate any concerns to my brother and myself.
