Called my former eye doctors office in mid-September to schedule appts for both me & my husband. The receptionist said there was nothing available until November! I told her we were leaving on a road trip in mid-October. [crickets at the other end of the phone]. I said "Well, we'll have to go to someone else." [crickets again] Wish I could send them a thank you note for their poor customer service. Had an appointment Dr. Petrosino within 4days. He was very thorough, professional & friendly. The receptionist was lovely. Nicole was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right glasses and products. My former eye doctor lost $2700 for their lack of customer service. Two exams, 3 pair of designer eyeglasses, 2 magnetic sunglasses clips, with all the bells & whistles. Highly recommend Dr. Petrosino and his staff without reservation.

I've been wearing contacts/glasses for about 8 years and just had my first appointment with Dr. Petrosino. He was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. There is a great selection of eye glasses and quality contacts available right in the office. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an eye doctor on the North shore!

I have been going to DR Petrosino for a number of years now,he is really nice takes really good care of my eyes explaining everything he is doing during my eye exam, tells me if any changes with my eyes and if I need to get new glasses or just lenses. The eye glass area in the office is cool lots of choices of frames to choose from they help you decide what would look best on your face. The other members of his staff is wonderful they always schedule my eye exam at a time I can get there. Almost time for my eye exam again in two months.
