I needed a new screen for my MacBook and left a message at Wakefield Computer Hospital. Eric called me back within a few hours. I told him what I was looking for and he ordered the part right then for me. After I dropped my computer off to him, he kept me in the loop during the process via text and completed the job in the time he said he would for the price he said he would. I was highly satisfied with Eric and his business and will use them again without reservation.

I had an issue with my computer not turning on. Since I was happy using them last fall to fix a different issue on my laptop I gave them a call. I was not disappointed. They were quick to come up with a workaround solution since the fix probably would've been more expensive than the value of the laptop.
