Outstanding, in all ways! JSI (Joe Squillante) replaced our roof in 2004. After 20 trouble-free years, we encountered a leak that was initially thought to be from a rotted dormer window. While the short-term solution was to replace the window, we ultimately decided it was prudent to replace the roof. At each step of this unfolding process, Joe was incredibly responsive, very clear in the tradeoffs and guided us through each step. His commitment to customer service is second to none! We are delighted!
