“My husband wanted a haircut and we didn’t realize that the majority of shops are closed on Mondays. I noticed the lights on inside Leone’s so I assumed they were open. When I walked in, Chris greeted me with a friendly smile and I asked if they were open? He said he was not open (it was Monday) and then graciously offered to cut my husband’s hair anyway. We had a great conversation while he was cutting and he made us feel more than welcome. How’s that for excellent customer service?!!
