When I walked in, Chris greeted me with a friendly smile and I asked if they were open? He said he was not open (it was Monday) and then graciously offered to cut my husband’s hair anyway. We had a great conversation while he was cutting and he made us feel more than welcome. How’s that for excellent customer service?!!
