I recently had my gutters cleaned by The Clear Factor and the experience was great! Booking the service was quick and convenient through their website. Communication pre-appointment was good, I was given reminders of my appointment time and things to do to prepare for the appointment. James arrived on time, was very friendly, completed the work promptly and did a great job. I don't have a reference point for price as this was my first time getting a cleaning, but I wasn't thrown off by the price and thought it was reasonable. I would use The Clear Factor again and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a gutter cleaning.

Easy to get an estimate via their website. Prompt follow up communication and scheduling. Had them to our house within the week for power washing and gutter cleaning. Arrived when they said they would (even a bit early) and were efficient about their work and were completely quickly. Actual amount was reflective of the amount sent via estimate.
