I reached out on a whim to see if they could help me when my computer was having issues with no clicking. Even though I could have sent my laptop back through the retailer it would have a several week turnaround time. I called onsite computers and Beverly was great. I dropped my PC off Friday afternoon, and she told me she would probably get to it Monday. By 10am Monday I had back a fully functional computer. She was able to repair my laptop track pad and buttons with no new parts required. This place is a great find and I would go back again if I need another computer repair.
