Keeping 5 stars for Jared and Tony but giving 0 stars to service
We waited WEEKS for some simple repairs and they were not done correctly. We needed the camper so just took it and fixed at home.
We are now on our first trip and the brand new hot water heater is not delivering hot water to the sinks due to poor installation of the hoses (they are kinked). Called the local Camping World and was told $200 to send a Mobile Tech even though we bought a warranty and it was a brand new installation. Now deeply regretting spending the $ on the warranty.

5 stars for our saleswoman, Deb Keer. We were first time buyers with alot of questions. Deb was patient and so informative. She made the entire purchase process easy and enjoyable.
Service - if I could give them 0 stars I would. Repairs that should have been made prior to pickup were not made. They damaged a stabilizer on top of it. After a few emails and being ignored by service, Deb came to the rescue. Picked up the camper after repairs were made and when we check out the interior, they had cushions strewn all over the floor, two access panels left off and laying on the floor, and left the battery dead. The service team is simply worthless.
