Absolutely one of the best heater repair teams around. They just earned a lifelong customer. Braden was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After I moved into a new house, the heating system was not working properly, and Braden came out, found the issue quickly, and explained everything in simple terms. The office team contacted the equipment manufacturer, checked the warranty on the heater part, and helped get the covered part ordered, which saved me money and a lot of stress. I can’t say enough good things about Braden at Full Spectrum Services. He spent a lot of time helping me get my furnace control board working again and made the whole HVAC repair process much easier. He stayed on the phone with me to confirm the new control board would be compatible with the older system, then walked me through removing the old board and installing the replacement step by step. He was patient, clear, and really knew heating system service. Even when I said he did not need to stay on the call, he wanted to help and made sure the furnace setup was done right.
