One star for the massage and one star for the pool. The checkin staff did the best the could with an antiquated system. The “spa” has seen far better days with cracked tiles, stained towels, random toiletries, dirty windows, etc. I arrived early to use the pool relax and shower prior to massage. Check in staff arrived 10min prior to my appt time which left me 5min to shower in the open room with lockers, not super relaxing. Massage was lovely, very much needed. When I checked out I was told they didn’t take/use the spa gift certificate I had, which I specifically asked the 3 times I called to book the appointment, as I wanted to use the card and couldnt afford the...read full review
