This was our first time using Montachusett Pest Control and I am VERY HAPPY! The exterminator Paul was amazing. He was Very calm and made me feel so much better. The owner Kim was also amazing and was there to answer all my questions anytime I needed her. If you need an exterminator I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them!! Definitely five stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using this service for decades. I have never been disappointed. I had them service two locations at one point in time when I owned a Summer home in Templeton. When they do a job it is well done and is not necessarily something that needs to be repeated on a monthly basis. They do not manufacture or project out the possibility of a problem in order to sell you something. They are not trying to sell you something that you don’t need.Services: Termite inspection

The owner Kim is SUPER friendly, professional and more importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE in her field. She was extremely reassuring to speak with and very promptly (literally next day) had one of her techs, a man named Paul come to our house for a fly issue. This man knows his stuff! No two ways about it. Very professional and a joy to speak with.This company is a rarity in this day and age.Friendly, professional, timely and fair priced service that's PAR NONE.If you're being bugged, pun intended, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!!Thank you Kim and Paul!
