Jeff and Becky were extremely professional, kind, understanding, flexible and followed through on everything I asked for. Without question, if you need their services, you will have one less thing to worry about when allowing them to provide you the rentals you need. I can't stress enough how nice they were. They even allowed us to move our party (due to weather) without any hesitation. Feel confident when working with them--they will certainly take care of you and allow you to enjoy your party.

I recently hired Crystal Entertainment for a backyard birthday party. The crew showed up on time and had everything set up before guests arrived. Two staff members on site took care of everything related to the bounce house (which was in great condition btw) and cotton candy machine. I actually got to enjoy my kid's birthday party for once rather than trying to wrangle everything by myself. The only downside was that the party had to end. Thanks again!

These folks helped me out with a birthday surprise for my dad since I couldn't be there due to closed borders (covid). Even though it was a relatively small job (a couple of air dancers), everyone here was SO on board with wanting to help out for the surprise. They even took pictures for me and I am just so grateful to have found them! Truly a caring, professional, and wonderful business !!!
