Preferred Air has been installing Central Air in my home over the last week. I have never had any ducts of any kind so this is a total install. The attention to detail, the quality, professionalism and neatness of the 2 main installers, Jay and Jeff, and Wayne who came one day to assist, is impressive. Tom Favazza, the owner, came on Day 1 with his installers and together they laid out the finalized plan of where all the equipment would be placed. This is one of the few times I've had big projects done in my home that I know I chose the the right company! I highly recommend Preferred Air - my only regret is that I did not hire them sooner!

I called this afternoon explaining our issue with our AC... wasn't blowing full force and would not get below 83 in the house. Fernando came out and looked at it. Noticed the freeon was low, quick fix. Thanks so much!!
