MyEyeDr. provides an excellent customer experience, with friendly staff and expert care. The opticians, including ryda and others, are skilled and attentive, ensuring comfortable glasses adjustments. The entire team, including AnnMarie, Gretchen, Dr. Seymour, and Rita, go above and beyond to make patients feel valued. Despite occasional issues such as delays and some mistakes with eye exams and glasses, the staff is willing to work with customers to resolve problems and improve the experience. The team, including the staff downstairs like Richard, is super nice, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, the business demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and making the process of getting the right lenses a positive experience.

MyEyeDr. in Topsfield is the office I will always go to for my glasses. I went with my prescription on July 29, 2025, to buy new glasses. I had the opportunity to work with Optician Katryn. She listened, was efficient with finding my insurance and file, and was helpful but not pushy when I was looking for just the right frames. I need objective opinions to choose frames. The manager, Katrin, was also there and in a friendly way helped me as well. I am so happy with my glasses, and they even came in sooner than expected. Dr. Seymour is not only an excellent Eye Doctor, he's a really good guy.
The staff also keeps me coming back. Always a good experience & a nice, clean environment.
