It turns out curbside service makes one feel "waited on". The staff came right to my car and listened carefully to Mitzi's symptoms and carried my large, heavy cat & carrier into the office. Was very pleased Mitzi got a thorough exam & extras like a front toenail trim. Kirsten honestly couldn't find cause of itching. But kind, attentive young staff spotted the minuscule lone star tick larvae. After a review with Kirsten, I left reassured and armed with Bravectin & the right date to apply.

My cat didn't have hands-on service. I called My Pet's Vet with an emergency request for needles (which I'd forgotten at home in Cambridge) so that I could give my cat an infusion of liquid she needed because of kidney disease. My Pet's Vet found a way to make that happen even though we were not clients at that point. I really appreciated the assistance.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the compassion and professionalism with which the entire team has recently treated our collie Luna and me after she came down with Rocky Mountain tick virus.
