Dr. Cheng and nurse Mahoney are the best in my opinion. Professional, clear in communication and respectful. I’ve been going to them for 3 years now and no issues. Even when they have been busy, they have always taken the time to answer my questions during my appointments. Thank you for all you do!
Dr. Ragucci is a Godsend who actually cares about his patients health and well being. After not seeing a physician for years, he took the time to listen to my concerns and address them as well as getting me back on track with my meds in the safest way possible. There is a reason his appointments are booked so far out, and some things are worth waiting for.
Dr. Guay is amazing however, my husband was a patient but had not been there since 2017. I called to make an appt as he is in hosp with covid and diabetes and needsan appt. Victoria told me that the doctor would not see him and they couldn't take him back. Nice to know that when a doctor is needed the staff can make the decision to toss someone azide.
