Dylan is the best! Very professional, friendly, explains everything even if you ask several times. He is very patient and thorough. Dylan came to help with our air conditioning/air quality system and spent a lot of time making sure to my satisfaction ( I am the one with the sensitive nose) that the air smelled clean.
Dylan was so kind to give my dog Butter lots of pets (Butter if he could write a review would say Dylan is a great guy who gives the best belly rubs and is so greatful that with all his flying fur that he will make the air cleaner and non allergenic.
Hafid from American Air is, hands down, the best technician I’ve worked with. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and refreshingly honest. My unit is older, and the compressor wouldn’t turn on — many technicians might have written it off as “too old” or pushed for a replacement. Hafid, however, carefully diagnosed the issue and got my unit running again. If you want a technician who’s both friendly and genuinely honest, Hafid is your guy.
