I never meet company like this ,the worst !
The price going up with no reason
We have terminated the cooperation
They take their trash bin and they keep sending me the bill
Jesus, we have no work with each others but they keep sending me the bill
So bad , Don't be fooled by them.
This is a fraud company

Driver was coming at 6:30am every day, waking me up 20 minutes before my alarm.
I explained this to the customer service line, they scheduled the guy to come by even earlier at 5:30. Now they wake me up almost an hour and a half before my alarm, and I've already expressed to them my difficulty sleeping.

These people are some of the most inconsiderate people I've ever met.

The worst dumpster company. 2 months in a row they over charged me. They missed a pick up and said that I did not call them within 3 days to tell them that THEY MISSED A PICK UP! This happened 2 times In The past 2 months.each time being a double fee for the lid being open when the arrive. They said they would refund my account for only one of them ! My contract says every other week not every 15 days! They don’t care! And I can not be dumpster watching to make sure they do there job! Stay away!!!
