Soares sanitation did an impeccable job replacing my septic system. The staff was very helpful and explained the process from start to finish. The company handled the entire process which made the process less stressful.
Hired Soares to do a Title 5 inspection. From the start, they were very communicative about the process and associated costs. Brittany arrived with a coworker (whose name I did not get) and they got right to work. She kept me informed throughout the inspection, particularly when an issue arose due to location of the D box under a portion of the edge of my driveway. She offered a solution and the work continued, albeit with a change in strategy. The inspection was successfully completed that day and they came back to remove the pavement that had to be cut out to access the box.
