I recently went to see Deanna for an ombré and it came out amazing!! My hair has also never felt so healthy after bleach. The salon is nice and clean and I was made to feel so comfortable there. Definitely going back!!!

I usually have really good experiences here but not today. I left in tears.... I have been growing my hair out for about two years something I told the stylist. I was looking to just trim it up with the bangs even showing a picture of what I was looking for. Stylist says so a bout the middle of the neck yes since that's where my hair was currently....she kept turning me away the mirror it wasn't till the end I realized she had cut my hair to a blunt bob at chin length the bangs were horrible by the time she blow dried one side was rounded the other was blunt flat. I told her I didn't like it and she didn't ask why I was upset didn't offer any help just looked pissed of as I checked out. I have a history of tipping a lot. I look horrible I feel horrible and it s summer and now I can't even put my hair up to deal with it. Now I'm wandering the mall trying to calm down as I finally was growing it out and now I can literally do nothing with it, it's uneven and I never asked for her to cut the length Edit:thank you Sara for evening it out and your kindness. I wish I could say your colleague who cut my hair had that same level of professionalism! :)

Karina is super awesome when it came to my clip in extensions and she showed me the tricks of the trade. i absolutely love the way my hair came out when she straightened it and put in the extensions,.
