Melanie is truly incredible! I can't seem to find any peace, never able to fully relax. My hypervigilance is sky-high, especially when I’m with my kids—there's this constant, exhausting tension inside me. I’ve spent years in the Army, on multiple overseas tours,I have some shrapnel in my side and back, and bullet fragments lodged in my head, nose and lip. PTSD is an unpredictable battle—some months are better, others are hellish. But ever since I started seeing Melanie, I’ve noticed a profound, life-changing difference.
