I was very nervous and anxious about taking my non-verbal son with autism for a haircut. He struggles with unfamiliar places and people, which makes the experience even more challenging. I visited several barbershops, but many were unwilling or unable to accommodate his needs, which was heartbreaking.
However, at this place, Emmanuel was incredibly patient and understanding. He made both my son and me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Even when my son became upset and cried frequently, Emmanuel remained calm and never showed frustration. He continued working patiently until the haircut was complete.
