What a great experience with Environmental pro cleaning! Communication with John was fantastic. The work he did made my carpet look like brand new! And he came down in price when finished because he wanted to be fair to me. (In his mind) Which I thought he already was more than fair and when I offered original amount anysway he would not take it. Great communication, Great work, More than fair rates Great company! Highly recommended!!
John and Lisa did a wonderful job on our light gray microfiber couch! Looks like new! Very pleased and love the time and care they used. Plus no harsh chemicals!Will call them again, I just won’t wait so long!
They did a great job on a rug in really touch shape! May not look brand new, but I knew that going in and never had that expectation! But it smells so much better now, and I swear it is lighter without all the dirt and sand in the fibers! Only critique is that I was told 7-10 days but it ended up being a month. I wasn’t in a rush, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. But for others this could have been an issue. So just try to be realistic with timelines.
