We’ve been with C-J for three years. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split. We pay monthly for annual service on A/C and furnace. Another company installed a new gas furnace. Ray called & texted to let us know he was on the way. Ray is pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable. Ray explained all he did on furnace inspection to me and my husband. Ray found a loose wire in the furnace and reconnected it. Ray recommended we install a surge protector on the mini split which he was able to do today. Great service always from C-J, Paige (Ray’s dispatcher) and Ray. Always very pleased with all! Thanks for being dependable and for good pricing.
From my initial call to Cotti Johnson with a furnace issue. Ray's service call got me out of a mess, my furnace however needed to replaced. Next Andrew's pricing and scheduling visit. He made the process painless. Andrew went out of his way to give me some help and kindness. The day of Installation of my new furnace, Adam and the rest of the crew did a great job! Quality workmanship on the new piping and installation of my new furnace. Job well done. I definitely reccomend Cotti Johnson. Great company great people!
