I called to have four 2x6x12 boards delivered (a small PIA order for them) so I can support my porch roof while it's being worked on. The price was reasonable, the delivery cost was a fraction of the big box hardware stores. I was happy with the promised next day delivery, but Biss was happy to exceed expectations. I got home from running errands and there the boards were! Happy to support our local guys and they were great to deal with on the phone.
