I just stopped in to see if there was an opening for an eye exam last minute unfortunately my glasses broke and I needed a quick fix.Although I was not able to get an appointment ,the lady that helped me connect with Tina to set up an appointment was super sweet and apologized for the inconvenience and Tina was also super sweet.Bummer I have to wait so long for an appointment but the kindness of those two workers was greatly appreciated and they did all they could to help me out.

Very poor service, rushed exam, I felt like they were trying to kick me out. I had to call them about getting a new pair because I scratched mine up to much and they hung up on me twice before we were done talking! This is ridiculous.

Update: called the number that they left in the text for my next appointment, the operator continuously put my back to the automated system before finally putting me on hold forever and never spoke to me

Never going in this Advanced Eye Center again. My family has gone to this location for 10+ years, but no more . The woman who is the main receptionist is always rude and dismissive. She has never greeted us in any form. She has never said thank you or any sort of pleasantries neither has any other staff. The front office and assistants act aloof and makes many mistakes The front receptionist is very , very, difficult to understand . She speaks with an incredibly heavy accent and I just can’t understand her.
