ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! My Boston Terrier and I travelled from Canada for SRT and from the first point of contact with Courtney and Dr. Ware I knew I was in the right place. Courtney was amazing to deal with and her and Dr Ware truly care about their patients. Piper is now recovering form the procedure and we are very grateful for the additional time we have been given with her. Thank You from the bottom of my family's heart to the entire team at Bay State for everything they have done for us, this has been a life changing experience.
The team at Bay State Vet ER was amazing to our dog Barley. He ended up having to stay overnight two days and received wonderful care. All of the techs were so kind and thoughtful. The doctors were very patient and took all the time we needed to explain steps to take and a care plan. Thank you Dr. Britt, Dr. Wall, Sidney and I wish I knew the names of the other vet techs cause they were all wonderful. The office staff were very sensitive and nice to us knowing how stressful it is when your beloved pet is struggling. Thanks again!
I appreciated how thorough and attentive the internal medicine team was throughout Guts’ evaluation. They took his symptoms and history seriously, explained what they were looking for, and made sure I understood the findings and treatment plan. I also appreciated how carefully they monitored him and took the time to answer my questions. I left feeling confident that he was receiving the right level of care.
