First time going to HairCraft today and it was an awesome experience right from the beginning! I have never been so comfortable at a salon, especially on the first visit. I will definitely be coming back ladies!

First-timer at HairCraft and was lucky enough to have Melissa cut my hair. I travel a lot and there's always a little anxiety around finding a new stylist/barber when I am in a new area. Sometimes I end up going to 3-4 before I find the right fit. This time it's one and done. I told Melissa what my normal cut is (I've been getting the same haircut since I chopped off my rat tail and ditched the bowl cut as a kid) and she rolled with it. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out and will definitely be returning in 3 weeks. Really pleasant experience as soon as I walked in the door (which sticks so give it some extra 'umph'). I was pressed for time and went to a Supercuts this afternoon and got a girl who had to be brand new. She was clearly hesitant and unsure of what she was doing. It was awful and uneven. She already looked like she was nervous so I didn't want to make her feel worse? I told her it was great and tipped her etc and just left and cried in my car. I have a big event this weekend and really wanted to look nice...Anyway I called Haircraft and the owner, Melissa, literally turned around and came back to the salon to fix my cut. Now it looks and feels awesome and I can go to my event with a little extra confidence! Thanks Haircraft crew!!!Services: Haircut
