Amazing isnt the word I would use alone to describe Haircraft on Humphrey, outstandingly amazingly fantastic is!! Extremely knowledgeable and outstandingly inviting staff. They make you feel like you've known them forever and the location right across from the beach and ocean is impeccable. 100% honest with everything and at what products you should use for certain conditions. The staff isnt pushy about it at all which is incredible when assisting you with choosing a product on the shelves. I will not be going anywhere else to get my hair cut, it so worth my 60 minute drive!!! I cannot praise haircraft enough!!!
I was pressed for time and went to a Supercuts this afternoon and got a girl who had to be brand new. She was clearly hesitant and unsure of what she was doing. It was awful and uneven. She already looked like she was nervous so I didn't want to make her feel worse? I told her it was great and tipped her etc and just left and cried in my car. I have a big event this weekend and really wanted to look nice... Anyway I called Haircraft and the owner, Melissa, literally turned around and came back to the salon to fix my cut. Now it looks and feels awesome and I can go to my event with a little extra confidence! Thanks Haircraft crew!!!
