They talked me through what they were going to do for the visit before doing anything so I felt fully prepared - something I find critically important. Dr. Shafique was very upfront and informative about my dental treatment plan, but made sure I understood that I am in control of this plan and it’s my choice if I follow through with any or all of it - again, critically important. As someone who has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, I am pleased to say this was by far the best experience I’ve had.
