My time working with Michelle Graney here has been nothing but positive. She has been a fantastic addition to my care and helping me navigate my medications, and learning to advocate for myself in the medical space. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Dr. Hallowell and others are fantastic but refilling a prescription can take more than a week… which is crazy… and they force you to request the refill by leaving a voicemail. There is no confirmation, and sometimes the order doesn’t even make it into the queue until you call to check status after a week has already passed. This happened to me today and it’s the second time. The primary assistant is dismissive and can’t guarantee anything, and she just keeps referring me to the voicemail system. I spoke with someone different today and she was very helpful, but it has not been that way in the past. Filling prescriptions should be done next day at the latest....read full review

1. Caring for me as an individual.
2. Professionalism with warmth.
3. Keeping me current on the latest treatment options.
4. Being available and responding quickly when needed.
