I couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from A&L. From the first outreach, the entire staff was informative, patient, and thorough in their explanations, and did everything they could to make sure I was doing the right thing for my house (replacing two HVAC units with heat pumps). This was not a cheap job, so I appreciated the care that everyone took - especially Sarah and Paul - to reassure me that while this wasn’t the cheapest option, it was the best option. Very impressed by A&L Plumbing and very happy with the service we received so far. Our AC system started leaking yesterday, during the hottest day of the summer, and Paul came to us within 24 hrs to assess. He was able to fix it and made some valuable system recommendations. His knowledge and experience were evident. We are planning to move forward with A&L Plumbing to complete these recommendations given their impressive expertise and responsiveness.
Our experience working with A&L Plumbing was great from start to finish. This company has amazing communication, notified us ahead of time when the workers would be over, and the plumbers Mike and Ben did great work and were very respectful of our home. 10/10 would recommend them and will work with them in the future!
