Had an oil change and tire rotation today for my wife's car. my first time at Sullivan Tire & Auto. I needed a new place for a variety of reasons. Glad I choose Sullivan, good first impression. Mostly, happy wife, happy life!

Traveling through the area and blew out a coil on our 10 cylinder Ford. Called Dave and he got us right in and more important right out. Priced fair and they let us bring our dogs into the waiting area. The woman at the front desk was equally very efficient and friendly. Good job all..

The mechanics, manager, and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain the details of what they did and what they recommend in the future and why. I did not get the impression at all that they were trying to sell me more business. That is often an issue with automobile service companies; however, with Sullivan Tire in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, I felt that they treated me fairly with their recommendations.
