Michael responded promptly to my call and came over to diagnose that our refrigerator fan had burnt out. He found the part and came back the next day to fix it. He's professional and knowledgeable and we will call him again.

Wonderful business and fabulous service! Michael is a wonderful person to work with. He was honest and informative. He even fixed a problem with our electric socket while installing a fabulous induction stove priced much lower than elsewhere. We are absolutely thrilled with Michael's Appliances!

Micheal was very professional. My appliances were supposed to be picked up by my son however scheduling times were difficult so micheal delivered that day instead of me waiting until whenever my son could schedule time. Micheal was very accommodating!!! 99 day warranty is a great way to find out if there are issues with your appliance as well, which I had a problem 5 days later! So I call him up. Michael comes back out and works on machine to fix the issue. I live over an hour away from him. I highly recommend him and would definitely buy from him again! Great guy! Even tried to tip him from coming back out and he refused my money……:who does that????? ... read full review
