Form First Physical Therapy was very helpful with my shoulder problem. Nick was very knowledgeable and help free up my extremely tight muscles, relieve the pain and give me my shoulder mobility back. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding professional. Nice combo of listening and solid PT understanding getting to root issues and do a mix of exercises and body work to not just get back to normal but better than prior to the injuries I have gotten from various sports.

Nick at Form First PT in Sturbridge is very knowledgeable and has helped me strengthen and improve my mobility after being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hip. I would highly recommend him and Form First PT to anyone in need of physical therapy.
