Kristina has been "my" PT person and I am impressed with her knowledge, care and the fact that she listens to you and has empathy and knows what to do to improve my pain level and mobility. I had 2 disc's fused, as well as 2 titanium rods put in my back (and other things too). It's been a long road and I'm no stranger to Physical Therapy. Form First Physical Therapy stands above many! My experience with them has been remarkable!

If you have any kind of physical ailments, Form First Therapy is the best option to feeling better again! After suffering for a year with constant knee pain and then replacement therapy, Christina made sure I had the proper treatment plan that moved me forward to my goals without pain or further problems. My surgery was 8 weeks ago and I am back to the gym, riding the bike, playing pickleball and golf! I cant thank this team enough!! Thanks Christina for all you did for me!!❤️❤️
