I got my rear brakes fixed today by Rubin and his staff. I drove up to make an appointment today but was pleasantly surprised that they had the spare time on the Saturday of the Labor Day holiday to fit me in. Two hours later, they were finished, as well as rotating my tires. The trustworthy owner and mechanics who are generally nice people and genuinely care about their customers and a long-term relationship. Moreover, the value is there because they are roughly 30 to 40% less expensive than the dealerships. I'll definitely go back.

We had to get our struts replaced, I noticed the problem driving to work. Brought it in and they went out of their way to get it done so we didn’t have to delay our vacation that night! Highly recommend. Great communication and customer service!

I didn't realize they don't take credit cards for a state inspection. Even though the state has no stipulation, they led me to believe it is a state law that inspections must be paid for in cash only. It's not. Thank goodness I did have cash on me. Next year I'll have to find a place that takes credit cards.
