My desktop was in serious trouble after I took up the offer of 5GB of cloud storage from MS. That program took all of my pictures, downloads, and documents to the cloud and made them impossible to recover. Also took my Word and Excel documents created with Open Office and converted them to MS office. I worked with Rebecca for more than two hours to identify the issues. Then Truly Unlimited did their magic. All is restored and back to normal and they freed up over 30GB on my SSD. A pleasure to work with pros! Highly recommended.
